Some well-known runners contribute regularly to the site, such as Frank Shorter and Dave McGillivray. It's updated regularly and well worth a bookmark!

Dr. P covers strength training, avoiding injuries, common injuries, sports shoes, skin problems, running in various types of weather, selecting a sports physician, books, stretching... and that's not all!
