Galactic Gaming Sites!
Whether you prefer the Wizards of the Coast version or the West End version of the game... or you're into "home brew" stuff (from the minds of other GMs) or more "canon" materials (planets, races, and things from published novels, comics, etc.), I strive to keep as wide a variety as possible posted here.
Unofficial Marvel Comics Source Page
In the 1980s, Marvel Comics did over 100 issues of Star Wars comics. Mark Hudson has compiled a HUGE amount of background history and source material, including many races and characters from the comics for your campaign, beautifully illustrated by Mr. Hudson himself.

Star Wars RPG Net
This site has it all: discussion forums, Internet Relay Chat, an auction area for gaming books, source material, email lists, even a search engine that sifts through hundreds of home brew game files.

Official Wizards of the Coast SWRPG Site
Wizards of the Coast does a good job of updating their site fairly regularly. Since it is THE official site, it is here that you can print out copies of official errata, read articles (on such topics as city design in the Star Wars galaxy) by the game design team, and see what is scheduled for release in coming months for the product line. Recently they added a random adventure hook generator. We'll see how this works out.

TheForce.Net
The folks at TheForce.Net work to keep gamers apprised of the latest goings on at Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro that might affect our favorite RPG. They've got some great source material on home grown star systems as well. The page gets an "A" for frequent updates.

Star Wars Planet Guide 2.0
Jim Fisher's Planet Guide 2.0 "is intended to be an exhaustive list" of the planets and moons of the Star Wars Galaxy compiled from novels, comics, and video games. Lots of gaming source material for campaigns! Even cooler, he has interviewed the authors of some of the novels for their comments on the worlds they added to the milieu.
