Guidelines for Healthy Eating
This site focuses on wellness through a clean, natural, plant-based whole foods diet. While vegetarianism is encouraged at Natural Nutrition, it does not come off as being absolutely essential. If you are interested in getting your kids to eat better, they have a whole section on kids and nutrition that you'll find most helpful. A good sense site with a holistic approach to human health care. Gets a big thumbs up from me.
