Digital Technology Makes Its Debut in Cannes
From May 15th to 26th, 2002, on the French Riviera, as a prelude to the 55th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, ten world famous directors are meeting to discuss the digital revolution, and... the option of using a digital projection system and using digital media recordings. The Cinema DVD Show will present festival visitors with publishers' top lines of DVDs. During the Festival, a jury will select their favorite DVDs, which will be given an exclusive "Cannes Film Festival DVD Collection" label.
